As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our communities, IFS Benefits has developed a response plan to ensure continuity of services while protecting our employees and clients.
Our priority is the health of our staff, their families, our clients and our community.
As of today, 3/16/20, our offices are open during regular business hours, however, as part of the continued effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in our region, IFS Benefits employees have been instructed to follow the CDC guidelines on “How to Protect Yourself” and “What to Do if You Are Sick” and have the option to operate virtually under a telework policy.
In addition, we are limiting non-essential travel and participation in meetings in accordance with CDC guidelines. We have upgraded our technology to facilitate virtual meetings as needed.
As a reminder we have over a dozen resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic posted on your MyWave Portal that employers can access to help manage and communicate with your own employees.
The safety and health of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the situation and updating our policies as the need arises. We will notify you if there are any changes to our policies, hours, or services.
